What is Best Storage?
We are a self storage facility that offers flexible solutions for individuals as well as businesses.  Our professionally maintained storage units are dry, secure, and clean.  You have your own lock and key so that you’re the only one able to access the unit.

How secure is your facility?
We have 24/7 monitoring system to ensure the security of your unit and belongs.  Our gates are key card activated with CCTV security system.  We also have on-site managers to resolve potential security breach.

What is the cost?
Different size units incur different costs.  Our storage specialists will be able to help you select the ideal storage space based on your needs.  We will quote you an all-inclusive price so you don’t have to worry about hefty up charges.  There is additional cost for insurance; our specialist will be able to help you with at as well.

How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks. You can also make payment via our web payment interface online.  The link is located on the upper right hand of our website.

Will I need Insurance?
To ensure the best protect of your valuables, we require that you have insurance in place before moving your items into our facility.  Best Storage is able to include your items on our insurance for a fee in addition to your rent or alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own insurance coverage.

Do I need to book a unit in advance?
Booking a unit in advance help guarantee the availability of the space that is ideal for your needs.  However, reservation is no required, you can come in our office and complete the paperwork to move your items in based on our storage unit availability.

How much in advance should I give my move-out notice?
We need fifteen (15) days written notice in advance of your move-out.

How often can I access my storage unit?
You can access whenever you like for as many times as you like during our access hours.

Do you offer any discounts for long term storage?
Please check our promotions page for storage discounts and specials.  Some of our specials include 5% discount for senior citizens, 7% discount for military personnel, free rental truck with move-in, and other promotions. Please contact our manager about details for these specials as certain rules and restrictions do apply.

Do you have Boxes and Packaging supplies?
We sell a variety of storage supplies and boxes in our office in including bubble wraps, mattress covers, tape, and locks. Please call our office to see if we have what you need in stock.

Are there trolleys available?
Trolleys are available and free of charge for Best Storage customers to use.
